News Release: Low-Income Solar Impacts Local Habitat for Humanity Project
Dubuque and Jackson Counties Habitat for Humanity is excited to announce our first solar install! A partnership with the Dubuque County Energy District and Blue Sky Solar allowed us to install the a solar array on a home currently under construction in Dubuque.
