BUILDING Futures

The Building Futures campaign makes a case for homeownership and its profound impact on our lives. We invite you to join Habitat’s sustainable model to improve lives through homeownership. Your donation, whether to the ReStore, home construction, or the area of most need, provides a brighter future for families working to manager their long-term housing costs. The $1M campaign seeks to triple home production and open a ReStore while supporting international partners. You can make gifts of cash, recurring contributions, or pledge your tax-deductible donation over as many as two years.

  HOME Construction $600,000

People in our community and all over the world partner with Habitat to build or improve structures that families can call home. Because of community support, these homeowners achieve the independence they need to build better lives for themselves and their families through access to affordable mortgages. The $600,000 campaign goal will allow us to triple home production so we can expand from serving one or two families a year to six—giving more families a path to lifelong financial stability.

  HABITAT ReStore $350,000

Strong and stable homes help build strong and stable communities and hope for the future. But a home is more than four walls. Dubuque and Jackson Counties Habitat for Humanity is opening a ReStore—a home improvement store and donation center that will sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, home goods, building materials and more.

INTERNATIONAL Support $50,000

Habitat for Humanity builds strength, stability , and self-reliance through shelter beyond Dubuque and Jackson County lines. We are part of a global community and donate 10% of our unrestricted donations to help people around the world experience the security of living in a decent home.
