Sales Associate - Habitat ReStore - Dubuque

Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Dubuque is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help turn donated and wholesale inventory into funding for local home-building projects!

Key Responsibilities:
Sales-Driven Customer Service
- Actively engage customers to drive sales and maximize fundraising efforts.
- Product Knowledge & Merchandising
- Help price, display, and promote inventory to maximize revenue.
Relationship Building
- Work with contractors, real estate investors, and homeowners to drive repeat business.
Transaction Management
- Handle POS transactions, assist with loading, and ensure a great customer experience.
Mission Alignment
- Communicate how every purchase supports Habitat for Humanity's mission.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (retail, home improvement, furniture, or similar a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to close sales.
- Great communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and help move inventory.
- Passion for Habitat for Humanity‘s mission and fundraising for homebuilding projects.
Location: Habitat ReStore Dubuque 4949 Chavenelle Rd
Hours: Up to 35 per week
Pay: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives
