On Tuesday, July 9, Peg and Tim Harbaugh of Goats on the Go will be bringing their 20-member flock of sheep onto Habitat’s Wood St. property behind the Mount Pleasant Home to graze the grassy sections! The public is welcome to come to watch the sheep work.

The sheep will be kept in movable electrified paddocks. The fencing keeps both the animals in and predators out. Children should be supervised by a parent.

Matt Delaney of Delaney’s Events will be coming on site with his ice cream van from 4:30p to dusk! He has a wide selection of traditional, non-dairy, and sugar-free cold treats that are reasonably priced at $3, $4, and $5!

Look for our fully staffed pop-up information tent behind the Mount Pleasant Home where we will have maps, posters, and information sheets available to the public.
